    First time visitor at Spavia and I will definitely be back. I had a facial with Kylie and everything from start to finish was wonderful. I was greeted by smiling faces at the front desk and did not have to wait at all before being escorted to the ladies waiting area. This area is calm and quiet and very relaxing. I did not wait long before Kylie came in to escort me to my facial. Kylie took time to ask questions about my current skin routine, goals I had for my skin, and anything else I'd like to discuss. She was extremely knowledgeable and consistently checked in with me during the process to explain what she was doing and why she picked the products she did. The whole experience was very relaxing. At the end of the facial, Kylie offered me water and/or tea and asked if I wanted to take some time to relax in the retreat area for a bit. She provided me with samples of the items she used on my skin and made sure to address the few questions I had. (All the items she used smelled great and my skin definitely reacted well to them.) She suggested a maintenance schedule for future facials and I will definitely be back. This spa is truly a hidden gem; a wonderful blend of good staff and top notch service. :-)

    Staff is super professional. I love that here you get your full time that you pay for not like other spas that charge you for a 60 min massage and only give you 50 min hands on massage instead of a full 60min hands on.

    Great spot! Got a groupon for a massage. Super relaxing atmosphere. I only knocked off a star because it's hard to get an appointment with a female massage therapist. There was little availability...maybe becuase they're a smaller spot? Either way, nice place but hard to schedule d/t availability.
